Where do I find the class schedule?
There’s no class schedule.
All programs are self-paced since the lessons are pre-recorded. You decide when to start the next one. By placing our students in the driver’s seat we enable you to optimise your learning curve and complete the programmes at your own pace.
Do I need to pass an exam to complete a course?
No. We’ll monitor your progress along the way and intervene if necessary.

After processing your payment, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your student account. We’ll activate it within 48 hours. You determine when you actually start. From the moment you hit the “start course” button, you will have 12 months full access to the course and all the materials.

How much time will I need to complete a program?
Our courses and masterclasses are split up into modules. On average it takes our students three hours to complete one module.
This includes time spent watching the video lessons, studying the course material and completing assignments. Keep in mind that our courses are self-paced so you determine the actual pace, as long as you finish within 12 months.
My credit card keeps getting declined. What's wrong?
What sometimes happens is that credit cards are not activated for use outside of their registered country (our business is officially registered in Europe). This holds especially true for company credit cards.
Here are three solutions that typically solve problems related to failed credit card payments:

Contact your credit card issuer and ask them to activate the card for this particular payment.

Make sure you fill out the full address linked to your credit card and your credit card’s CVC code.

Try using your credit card via PayPal. To do so, simply select the PayPal payment method on the checkout page.

Which payment methods do you offer?

Credit/Debit card
Our credit card payment method is offered via Stripe. They ensure a secure credit card payment for Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can also pay by transferring the money directly into our (European) bank account. After placing your order you’ll automatically receive the invoice with all the payment details (IBAN, BIC etc.) you need to make the transfer. Your enrollment will be on hold until we have received and processed your payment.
